about
I began my early career in the Midwest working for agencies in St. Louis and Kansas City. Fueled for a new adventure, I jumped into a long run at Arnold Worldwide in Boston, where I helped define and develop the Jack Daniel’s brand on a global level. I spent time on the highly provocative anti-smoking “Truth” campaign while at Arnold, as well as Mcdonald’s, Finlandia, Progressive and Volvo to name just a few brands. Once my Boston accent was refined to my liking, I headed to Chicago where I pursued creative leadership stints at both Leo Burnett and Jim Beam, which included work on Allstate, Sprint, Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, Sauza Tequila, and Canadian Club. I packed my bags to freelance in Colorado, then made it full circle back to the Midwest in Kansas City where I spent many years growing national accounts such as Applebee’s, Wingstop, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Chevron and many others. Now in Tulsa, I currently lead a creative department for passionate brand-building agency.
My creativity has been recognized and awarded, including The One Show, London International Awards, Effies, Clios, Addys, Print Magazine, and beyond, and I even boast a U.S. patent for my Jack Daniel’s Barreltree campaign. On the outside of the business, I spend most of my time enjoying anything outdoors — kayaking, hiking, hunting, fishing, camping, you name it. If it’s an adventure, you can bet I’m signed up.
